Nature of the platform
AI Product Factory is an internal, private software platform operated by Simurg Factory, used to research, evaluate, develop, quality-check, and prepare digital product opportunities. It is not a public product, is not offered as a service to third parties, and does not provide public user accounts or public sign-up.
Not an advertising-management service
AI Product Factory is not a public advertising-management service. Its limited Google Ads API integration is used only to retrieve historical keyword metrics for internal product research (see the homepage and Privacy Policy for the exact scope). AI Product Factory does not create, manage, or modify Google Ads accounts, campaigns, advertisements, budgets, bids, conversion tracking, or remarketing audiences for any user, customer, or third party.
Operator relationship
AI Product Factory is operated by Simurg Factory. References to "AI Product Factory" throughout this site, in Google OAuth consent screens, and in related integrations describe the same platform operated by Simurg Factory.
No warranty
This website and the information it describes are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Simurg Factory does not guarantee that this website or the described platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Simurg Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or the information it describes.
